LAST ROW (the pick up row): 70 stitches, 1 by 1 ribb. Pick up stitches using a 2 or 2,5mm (US0 or US1,5), continue knitting with any chosen yarn and needle size.
TIPS:
Leave the thread in the last knitting row of the FUSION piece as you continue knitting your project from this row. That way if you need to unravel and begin again the stitches on the FUSION READY-TO-KNIT piece are safe and secure, ready to be picked up again.
When using pieces as collar for baby/child patterns: Decrease the stitch count to half for the smallest size (0-3 months) (originally 70 sts on each piece = 140 sts start) by knitting two together in one of the first rows of your project, making the stitch count for the hand knitting 70 sts in total. Decrease less stitches to match the start of the pattern/size you are knitting.
