LAST ROW (the pick up row): two 1by1 ribb sections for the shoulders and two larger sections for front and back = 160 stitches: 1k, 1p, 1k, 57k, 1k, *1p, 1k* repeats 11 times total, 57k, *1k,1p* repeats 10 times total. Pick up stitches using a 2 or 2,5mm (US0 or US1,5), continue knitting with any chosen yarn and needle size.
TIPS:
For patterns using needle size 4mm (US6)/5mm (US8) the front and back sections should be decreased from 57 to 43 stitches. This is done to create a smoother transition when using thicker yarn and needles, for example our ILDERFARET SWEATER pattern.
Leave the thread in the last knitting row of the FUSION piece as you continue knitting your project from this row. That way if you need to unravel and begin again the stitches on the FUSION READY-TO-KNIT piece are safe and secure, ready to be picked up again.
